Want to volunteer with Hope and Vine?

We would love for you to join us! Here are some ways to get involved:

1. Prayer Team:

These volunteers are dedicated to praying over our organization and our participants. They receive a list of weekly prayer requests/praises and pray so fervently over us. This is such a beautiful and deeply important way to serve.

2. Lunches for our Participants:

These volunteers fill our hearts and our tummie

s with homemade or ordered in lunches for our workshop artisans on Tuesdays or Thursdays. This is such a gift to our women and such a special way to serve. As a lunch volunteer, you can sign up monthly for a spot to bless our women!

3. Vendor Events:

This is a fun one! We are always in need of volunteers to come to local vendor events with us to sell our beautiful jewelry, home goods, and clothing. These volunteers get to share our story and all the proceeds from our sales go directly back to pay the wages of our participants. If you are a people person, this one's for you!

 

4. Transportation:

Often our participants don't have transportation, so we are in need of volunteers who are willing to drive them to appointments. While this would require training to work directly with our participants, it is an easy way to serve in an incredibly important way!

5. Workshop Volunteer:

Are you crafty? Do you have skills in jewelry making or sewing? We need you! This role would be helping with a variety of tasks alongside our artisans.

 

6. Clothes Sorting:

We are so blessed to have an amazing partnership with Next Consignment Boutique in downtown Wake Forest. We take donations of designer clothing to be sold at Next Consignment and they very generously give us 75% of the profit back. We are in need of volunteers to come to our shop to sort, hang, and steam the donated items.

7. Bracelet Parties:

Are you a host or hostess with the mostess? You can serve by inviting your friends, co-workers, neighbors, bible study group, etc. to participate in a make-your-own bracelet party at the shop! Parties are $20/person and are a great opportunity for fellowship and fun all while learning about what we do here at Hope + Vine. You can sign up for these on our website!
